Meet Jermaine - a machine operator at Balding Precision in Milford. When he was younger, Jermaine spent four years in prison where he was able to take classes in Advanced Manufacturing. After his release, he enrolled in manufacturing classes at Housatonic Community College. Outside of work, he serves as a youth mentor.
