See a lavish two-part adaptation of Daphne du Maurier’s classic tale of romance, suspense, and jealousy. Maxim de Winter (Charles Dance of Game of Thrones and The Jewel in the Crown) takes his new wife (Emilia Fox of The Pianist and Pride & Prejudice) back to his home, the ancient and magnificent Manderley in Cornwall.
It soon becomes evident that the shadow of Maxim’s first wife, Rebecca, is all-pervasive, nurtured all the more by the sinister and gothic housekeeper, Mrs. Danvers (Diana Rigg of Game of Thrones).
