State officials are working on plans that will guide who will get the first COVID-19 vaccinations, when shots become available. The Connecticut Mirror reports that the Department of Public Health has been working on a plan for several weeks, with the paid assistance of a management company called All Clear. Last month, the governor announced that a panel would be formed to work on the plan, but the members of the committee have not been named yet. The state has until October 16 to send a plan to the federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
