Drivers will be able to use I-95 shoulder near Piscataqua River Bridge at peak traffic times

A new system will alert motorists when travel on the I-95 shoulder is permitted, including on the bridge that spans the Piscataqua River between Portsmouth, NH, and Kittery, Maine.
