Running for re-election, Governor Ned Lamont says Connecticut is bouncing back after COVID

Speaking Thursday on Connecticut Public Radio’s Where We Live, Lamont said “we now have the ability to keep ourselves safe” and that on the first day of school this year, “everybody felt like we were back to normal.”
