A CNBC report has found that home sales are rising in vacation towns across the US as more people work from home. Some of the most popular destinations include Lake Tahoe, Cape Code, Jersey Shore — and Connecticut’s very own Bridgeport, according to Hearst Connecticut. While Bridgeport has its fair share of attractions, many have taken to Twitter to joke about the city’s vacation town classification. Despite the jokes, home sales in Bridgeport are up by 80% according to CNBC.
