Bushnell Park’s Winterfest Skating Rink in Hartford has been cancelled because of COVID concerns. With rising cases across the state, Winterfest organizers said they rather focus on expanding the program for next year. The skating rink has been a Hartford tradition offering free ice skating, skate rentals and learn-to-skate sessions for the past 10 years.
