Accentuate the Positive

Taking inspiration from Bing Crosby’s 1944 hit song, “Accentuate the Positive,” the performance celebrates the music that was the unofficial catalogue of tunes that kept Americans company through the highs and lows of the 1920s–1940s. Bandleader/pianist Konrad Paszkudzki shares the stage with Joshua Banbury (NY Philharmonic, American Lyric Theatre fellow), Olivia Chindamo (The Julliard School’s first graduate of Master’s Degree in Jazz Voice in 2021), special guest Carmen Bradford (Count Basie Orchestra, multi Grammy winner/nominee) and the Pasquale Grasso Trio (Samara Joy Band, US Jazz Ambassador) featuring Ari Roland and Keith Balla.
