New Britain Youth Theater Fun-Tastic Fundraiser – Drag Queen BINGO!

On Saturday, March 23rd, Drag Queen Royalty, “The Darling Divas” come to New Britain to help raise desperately needed funds for New Britain Youth Theater. The Divas are CT’s MOST popular Drag Bingo performers!
The four queens, Empress Brandy Alexander Amore, Empress Morgana Deluxe, Emperor Minnie Deluxe and Sheneeda Razor, are all members of The Imperial Sovereign Court of All Connecticut, an organization that exists to raise funds for numerous non-profit organizations in our state. Now they “Bring the Music, Bring the Fun” to Cooper Hall at South Church, 90 Main Street in New Britain.
Doors open at 6:30, Bingo from 7:00-9:00 pm. Tickets are $40 and include a book of thirty-three Bingo cards, three cards for each of eleven games. Extra cards and daubers will be available for sale. Our Queens will perform between games, and keep you laughing during each game!

Tickets will also be sold at the door, but we are expecting a sold out event!
New Britain Youth Theater, like many local arts organizations, and many families, have had difficulty bouncing back after the Covid-19 pandemic. NBYT is dedicated to offering our Theater Arts programs, regardless of the ability to pay! But these scholarship funds are LOW and we cannot continue to subsidize programs like our upcoming Full Time, Full Week Summer Theater Camp, unless we can raise a significant amount of funds. We are very grateful for these talented performers who are donating their time to help us reach our goal.
Please note, ALL tips generously given to the Performers during the event are being donated by them to NBYT!
Daubers and refreshments will also be available for sale, and ALL proceeds go to the NBYT Scholarship Fund. **PLEASE – NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS ARE ALLOWED.
