Meet Amanda, Team Lead of welding at TRUMPF Inc. At just 22, she manages a team of 13 men who weld, grind, and punch parts used in laser cutting machines. In her free time, she's taking classes towards an Associate's Degree in Engineering at Tunxis Community College.
