The Connecticut Interscholastic Athletic Conference has announced it will delay the start of the winter sports season in order to review Department of Public Health recommendations. Winter season sports were due to begin for high schools around the state on November 21.The CIAC tweeted that a new start date may be decided at a Nov. 17 meeting.
