Connecticut 2nd district representative Joe Courtney said Tuesday morning he will return to Washington this week after testing positive for COVID-19 just nine days ago. The Democrat from Vernon said his doctor gave him clearance to return to work. In a statement released by email, Courtney did not say if additional precautions would be in place while he is in Washington.
