A Connecticut woman who described for authorities how she and her brother stabbed and beat three people to death during a 2017 Griswold home invasion has pleaded guilty to three counts of felony murder. Ruth Correa, 26, entered the pleas Thursday in Superior Court as part of a plea deal. She has agreed to testify against her brother, Sergio Correa, during his upcoming murder trial in exchange for a 40-year prison sentence. Ruth Correa has testified that she and her brother killed 21-year-old Matthew Lundquist after he backed out of a deal to help them steal his father’s guns in exchange for heroin.
